1:1 Coaching for College Students
This 1:1 coaching is for students who want practical, immediately actionable frameworks they can apply to their college experience and career search — not generic advice, but structured tools, templates, and clarity they can act on the same week.
Each engagement is designed around a clear goal: landing a specific internship or job offer, or gaining admission to a target graduate program. We reverse-engineer from that outcome and make sure every decision between now and then is working toward it. You leave each session with clarity, direction, and a plan you can execute.
Having supported over 5,000 students, I've seen what actually moves the needle — and what wastes time. This coaching cuts to what matters.

Our sessions focus on strategy, execution, or both — depending on where you are and what's next.
Strategy-focused sessions help you clarify direction and align decisions. This might include defining your target outcome from college, pressure-testing your career direction, mapping your semester or year with intention, or aligning today's decisions with where you want college to lead.
Execution-focused sessions help you build materials and prepare for high-stakes moments. This might include building a resume or LinkedIn profile that positions you for your target career, preparing for interviews, developing your professional story, or tightening how your experiences are framed for employers or graduate programs.
Most students start with strategy — clarifying their target and pressure-testing their plan — then move into execution as deadlines approach. The strongest outcomes come from a short series of sessions where each one builds on the last.

Sessions take place over Zoom. You can book a single session, but students who see the best results typically work through a short series — three to five sessions where we build strategy, execute on it, and adjust as you go.
This is a strong fit if you want honest, direct guidance and care about making better decisions. If you're looking for generic advice or validation, it probably isn't.
Investment: $350 per 60-minute session. Package options available for students working toward a specific goal.
